Wow...
I really didn't know how you'd top Aggregation, but once again, you have. This has to be one of the best in the series, it's gory, action-packed, Hank is as badass as ever and the final showdown is awesome.

A great concept
I'm not particularly sure what this was a metaphor for (as you mentioned, drugs, capitalism) but it certainly does a good job as a metaphor for greed in general. There are some brilliantly surreal tones and the fact that it's done without any speech whatsoever adds to my fascination. I don't know if George Orwell was in any way an influence, but it certainly feels like his style. Especially since it's about pigs.
Yeah, the similarity to Orwell is accidental, but a few months back I realised that it was like Animal Farm meets 1984, making it double Orwell. I'm not sure if I find that annoying or funny.
Awesome
The animation is so fluid is unbelievably, I can't even picture how you managed to do all this so well. The effects are incredible, the characters look great, the whole thing is brilliant. A bit short, but I'm definitely looking forward to the black ranger, this is EPIC.
